🌴 We accept MAXIMUM 12 adults.

🌴 Bracelets: Guests must send ID's 24 hours prior to arrival day. Bracelets will be available for registered guests upon check-in day and bracelets must be worn all times. Broken or lost bracelets have a cost of 10.00U$ dollars. 

🌴 Smoking Outside Is Allowed. 

🌴 Compared to other Villas in Casa Linda, we Include electricity. We do kindly ask you to be Eco Friendly and turn off A/C's if you are not going to be home 

🌴 The Cleaning fee charged at moment of booking is for Check-Out Cleaning ONLY! Additional cleaning and laundry can be requested for 30U$D per day. 

🌴 Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking.  

🌴 Music is allowed as long as it is within the boundaries of the property and neighbors are not disturbed. Quite hours start from 10:00pm to 10:00am. NO karaoke or sound system is allowed.
