Villa 35 is Located in one of the most peaceful and relaxing communities of Sosua. It is a Home to gather families. It is nestled over 30,000 square feet lush tropical garden with dozens of exotic trees which are native and some were imported.

The little ones of the family will have plenty garden space with  and a private Pool to play and have fun. We also have a Tree House, Trampoline and Swing.

To make your holidays even more Tropical, we also have Peacock, Rabbits, a pond with Koi Fish, Chicken and a Parrot.

HOUSE RULES:

✔ Maximum number of people allowed: 8 and must be previously registered with IDs
✔ No single Travelers with Overnight guests or Visitors are allowed.
✔ Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 300U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Deposit is Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔ Arrival time 4:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Kareoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.
✔ Bookings with 4+ nights have 1 FREE cleaning included in between.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ PARKING: Space for THREE cars available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide wash cloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
