VILLA CONTI 03 is located in the spectacular gated community of Sosua Ocean Village in Campo Del Mar II.

It's a true Vacation home in a community that offers many amenities for the entire family to have fun.

The Water Parks have an admission Fee of 700 Pesos Per Adult and 500 Pesos per child (up to 12) or ask for the full package of 1,500 pesos per adult and 1,000 pesos per child (up to 12) and use the payment as a credit for your food and drink bill.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OUR HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

✔DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day in Cash, Paypal, or Zelle.

✔Maximum number of people allowed: 8 

✔ Arrival time 4:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM

✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property

✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.

✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel, Boogies are allowed. If you decide to come with transportation different than regular car, these must be parked at main parking area and be ready to walk about 800 meters.

✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 30usd per day.

✔ Bookings with 5+ nights have 1 FREE cleaning included in between.

✔ Laundry Service for personal items is only possible when Extra Cleaning is requested.

✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ PARKING: Space for up to FOUR cars available. Street parking is NOT ALLOWED.

✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.

✔ TOWELS:
We do not provide wash cloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
