To make your holidays even more complete, only short drive away from the Villa we have: MINI GOLF, TENNIS COURTS, MINI MARKET.  🌴🍹VILLA CONTI 601 🍹🌴 consist of 2,500sqf house size and the tropical garden is 8,000sqf. - The pool with the slide is our guests favorite since it makes it a fun vacation home. - All of the 3 bedroom have A/C and fan.  - Kitchen, living and dining room has A/C unit to cool down the entire area. - The Villa has a total amount of 3 1/2 bathroom; one for each bedroom and 1/2 on the terrace.  🌴🍹VILLA CONTI 601 🍹🌴 consist of 2 levels; ground level consist of 2 guest bedroom, kitchen, living and dining room which is all one open floor plan. Then we have a large covered terrace with 6 seat dining table and cushioned chair lounges.  Kitchen offers stove with oven, large fridge, wine cooler and water cooler.  🌴🍹 CONTI TEAM 🌴🍹 will personally meet you at the Villa to guide you through. Please note that we take all necessary sanitary measures to protect you and your family, as well as our own.   Once your booking is confirmed, we need you to send us copy of each guests ID in order to prepare arrival registration form. Remember that the maximum occupancy is for 6 guests (family of 6 or 3 couples).  You can have access to everything but please respect locked closets and rooms. 🙂

HOUSE RULES:

✔Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Deposit Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔Maximum number of people allowed: 6
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Kareoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.
✔ Laundry Service is located in phase 7 next to the front desk of Casa Linda. Drop off and pick up for reasonable fee.
✔ Bookings with 4+ nights have 1 FREE cleaning included in between.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ Pool & Waterfall Pump operates on a timer from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
✔ PARKING: Space for up to THREE medium cars available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide wash cloths. We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
