At Las Terrazas D-1, you and the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 

Not only you have a breathtaking view from this particular unit, you also can walk down the stairs and jump right in to Alicia Beach. The unit has a King size bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom. You are just around the corner to all action in town, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

CHECK-IN/OUT RULES:
✔ Must Send ID's of each guest staying at least 24 Hours Prior to arrival day.
✔ Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔ 4 Adults is the maximum number of people allowed.
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM

HOUSE RULES:
✔No additional guests or visitors after maximum occupancy (4 Adults) is allowed.
✔Non registered guests or visitors are not allowed to use the pool or walk around the common areas.
✔ Quiet hours from 10:00PM to 10:00AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property. Breaking this rules will cost 100U$D penalty.
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 20usd per day.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the main tank near the main gate by parking.
✔ We provide toiletries, trash bags, dish detergent and drinking water on check-in day. Additional need of these items must be purchased by the guest, unless the guests request extra cleaning service, then these items will be delivered for no extra cost.

MONTHLY PRICED RENTAL RULES:
✔ Damage Deposit is 900U$D and refunded on departure day.
✔ Includes 1 Full cleaning, change of linens and towels per Week.
✔ Does NOT Includes electricity. Any consumption is charged separately at 0.30U$D

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✔ TV only available in the living room and master bedroom.
✔ A/C in both bedrooms.
✔ PARKING: Space for ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked on the Street.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide washcloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
