 VILLA CONTI 925  offers 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is located in one of the most booked gated communities of Sosua.

Quality and comfort for our guests is rule #1. We provide 4 sleeping pillows per bed, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances to comfortable exterior furniture. All Bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, plenty of closet space and TV's. The Living stand out with its open concept.

Chill outside in our very secluded garden and fully equipped terrace with BBQ and mini Bar to gather everyone together while the cook shows off!.

Spacious and fully stocked kitchen, pool to swim some short laps, well landscaped garden are some other amenities that make VILLA CASA LINDA 925  special. Yes, there is Wi-Fi :-)

We prepare the Villa for Self Check-in and provide instructions on arrival day. After arrival our Staff will meet you at the Villa to guide you through.

You can have access to everything but please respect locked closets and rooms.

HOUSE RULES:

✔Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Deposit is Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔Maximum number of people allowed: 4
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.
✔ Bookings with 4+ nights have 1 FREE cleaning included in between.
✔ Laundry Service is located in phase 7 next to the front desk of Casa Linda. Drop off and pick up for reasonable fee.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

MONTHLY RENTALS RULES:
✔ Damage Deposit is 900U$D and refunded on departure day.
✔ Includes 1 Full cleaning, change of linens and towels per Week.
✔ Includes 600 kilowatts (200U$D) electricity per month. Any consumption above that is charged separately at 0.35U$D
✔ Monthly rentals will have access to Washer and Dryer.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ PARKING: Space for ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide wash cloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
