2-Br VILLA CONTI 637 is located in the gated community of CASA LINDA SOSUA, one of the the most beloved communities and it is only 15 minutes drive from the International Airport of Puerto Plata. 5 minutes to Sosua town and 10 minutes to Cabarete.

2-Br VILLA CONTI 637 offers 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is located in one of the most booked gated communities of Sosua. Quality and comfort for our guests is rule #1. We provide 4 sleeping pillows per bed, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances to comfortable exterior furniture. Both Bedroom offer en-suite bathrooms, plenty of closet space (master bedroom with walk-in closet) and TV's. The Living stand out with its high ceilings and the finishes on the main wall with natural Coralina stones.

Main house consist of Master bedroom with bathroom, living room, kitchen and spacious terrace. Guest bedroom with Ensuite bathroom is outside by the pool area and next to the covered terrace and BBQ area.

NOTE: A/C in kitchen / living room.

Chill outside in our very secluded garden and fully equipped terrace with BBQ to gather everyone together while the cook shows off!.

Spacious and fully stocked kitchen, pool to swim some short laps, well landscaped garden are some other amenities that make

You can have access to everything but please respect locked closets and rooms.

HOUSE RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

✔ NOISE
• Villa is for guests that seek to have a relaxed and quite vacation.
• Neighbors of Villa 639 have no tolerance for any kind of noise. Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times. Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheels are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.

✔ CHECK-IN:
• 3:00 PM
• Early Check-In must be requested and only possible if we do not have departure that morning. Must contact us a day before.

✔ CHECK-OUT
• Departure at 11:00 AM

✔ OCCUPANCY
• Maximum 4 adults.
• Additional Visitors are not allowed.

✔ "FREE BREAKFAST" DISCLAIMER
• It is your decision and right to accept and to attend to the 1.5 hour presentation for the Vacation Club program which is part of you accepting the "Free Breakfast". Please DO NOT rate us negatively if your experience did not meet your expectations. It is NOT part of the villa rental.

✔ CHEFS or COOKS
• That are NOT authorized by CONTI are NOT allowed to enter to the property due to missing items after services.
• Please contact us via WhatsApp to 1-809-729-1033 for Chef Services and we will provide you with our authorized team.

✔ SMOKING
• Cigarette or Cigar is allowed ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
• Smoking Weed or Use of drugs is not legal.

✔ CLEANING
• Fee paid at time of reservation for 1 to 3 nights is only for check-out cleaning.
• 4-6 Nights have 1 FREE cleaning
• 7-8 Nights have 2 FREE cleaning
• 9+ Nights have cleaning every 3rd morning
• Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.

✔ ELECTRICITY
• Included in nightly rates
• Monthly Discounted rentals include 50% of the total consumption. Guest pay for the other 50%. Meter reading on arrival day and prior to check-out day.

✔ LAUNDRY
• Service is located in phase 7 next to the front desk of Casa Linda. Drop off and pick up for reasonable fee.

✔KITCHEN
• Leave clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ MONTHLY RENTALS: 
• If you seek to rent more than 1 month, please contact us before booking as we can help you with the price.
• Extra cost: At least 1x per week cleaning (20U$D per cleaning) and 50% of the electricity consumption.
• Monthly rentals include 50% of the total consumption. Guest pay for the other 50%. Meter reading on arrival day and prior to check-out day.

✔ POOL:
• Pump operates on a timer and can not be changed. Not heated.

✔ WATER PARK & MINI GOLF $
• Have an admission Fee and are not included in the rental price.

✔ PARKING:
• Space for up to THREE car available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area.

✔ WINE GLASSES:
• We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.

✔ TOWELS:
• We do not provide washcloths.
• We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
• Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
