Nice 1 bedroom condo downtown Sosua, just steps away from Alicia beach and all activities in town. Fully equipped kitchen. spacious balcony, BBQ available.

HOUSE RULES:

✔Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔Maximum number of people allowed: 2
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom per day.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the main tank near security.

MONTHLY RENTALS RULES:
✔ Damage Deposit is 500U$D and refunded on departure day.
✔ Includes 1 cleaning per week.
✔ Does not Includes electricity. Electricity is charged separately at 0.35U$D

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ PARKING: Space for ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked on Street.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide wash cloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
